If you are not 100% happy with your order, you are more than welcome to return the order for an exchange or refund.
Please note that the postage and packaging cost is not eligible for a refund! Also note that the cost of the return postage will not be refunded either.
All returns must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The items must be in a re-sell-able condition.
If you wish to return your order, please message us and the return address will be provided. We recommended using a trackable service to return your order as we are not liable if your item does not get to us. Please put a note in the package stating your Full Name & Order Number. Without this we are unable to process a refund/exchange.
Personalised items CANNOT be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above. If you have placed an order and failed to read this information, that does not make you void.
Returns are accepted after 14 days of your order being received. We have tracking information and will know when your item was delivered!
Faulty/Damaged Items (Includes Incorrect Items)
If any items arrive damaged or faulty, photogenic proof will be required. Please send this proof to email@example.com and let us know whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We may ask that you still return the item to us. In most cases we will provide you with a free return label for you to return directly to our supplier. In some cases, we ask that you return at your own cost and provide us with Proof of Postage to the email above. This will be determined when your email us.
In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect item/s, please note that you will need to to return the item/s in the original packaging. This means that it is returned in an unopened condition and we are able to resell the item.
PLEASE NOTE - All refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order. This cannot be changed!
