- What is the Returns Policy?
Returns are accepted after 14 days of your order being received. All returns must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The items must be in a re-sell-able condition. All refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order. This cannot be changed! Personalised items CANNOT be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. - What are the Shipping Options?
We only have one shipping option, and this is based on weight. We aim to have your order arrive within 7-10 working days, however we ask that you allow 14 working days before coming to us for an update. Working days DO NOT include weekends or bank holidays. - What do I do if my order does not arrive?
Generally our delivery times is upto 10 working days (this excludes weekends and banks holidays), however we ask that you allow 14 working days for your order to arrive to cover any delays with suppliers and couriers. If its been over this time, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- When will i receive my order?
We aim to get your order with you as soon as possible and all orders are processed by Little Fox within 2-3 working days. Our suppliers then dispatch all orders and your order should arrive with you within 10 working days. Please allow upto 14 working days for your order to arrive.
- I've only received part of my order, where are the missing items?
Due to the use of multiple different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. Please allow the full delivery timescale (14 working days) for your full order to arrive before contacting us to query this.
- Can I alter an order I've already placed?
Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible to avoid any late deliveries. In most occasions, orders are processed within 12 hours and therefore would not be able to be altered, however feel free to contact us at email@example.com for more information.
- How do I personalise my order?
On each item it will be stated in the description how it can be personalised and which lines are standard. Please ADD A NOTE containing your personalisation to your purchase at the checkout.
- How do you use my data?
The only data we use is that which your provide i.e. Full Name, Address, Phone number and Email Address. We only use your details to process your orders, and we only share your name and address with our suppliers in order to process your order. You details are not shared with any other people and/or third party organisations. Overall, the only people who have access to your data are the owner here at Little Fox and our management team, along with our suppliers who arrange for your orders to be delivered to you.
You have the right to request the information we hold about you at any time and can request for this to be altered and/or corrected at anytime. You can also request that your data is deleted from our records at any time and that your data not to be used for certain purposes.
